We unpacked the painting box!!!!!

she was like an old bingo pro.... two pieces of paper, two paintbrushes, two different kinds of paint going at the same time...



feet became involved....
it was time to clean up when ira turned into jackson pollock. i admire the Abstract Expressionist movement... however- i do not particularly enjoy scrubbing vertical blinds for half an hour.... which i had to do today :) wasnt too big of a deal- half hour cleanup for hours of fun is worth it!

i also learned how to remove paint splatters from a screen door!

we moved indoors and on to oil pastels...ira is learning how to blend... she LOVES the kneaded rubber.
