Well, at any rate..... I am still in love. I just snapped some of the most adorable pictures... so stay tuned.

momma let's bake!

Ira woke up, rolled over and said, "i want to make blueberry muffins".

"i dreamt about it" she added, "you mix flour, sugar and salt".

now, i can cook from scratch, and have baked cookies from scratch.... but never have i made muffins, pancakes and such from scratch.

i just recently made my first scratch cake and it was vegan.

but she was so exited, i got up, looked up the recipe and an hour later we had yummy, whole wheat, organic blueberry muffins.

who knew it was so easy.

plus- my daughter thinks i am amazing..... turning flour, sugar and salt into MUFFINS?!?!
