Prunedale

Thank you, prunedale, for existing. And for being safe. And for having a starbucks. Thank you.

We were in bumper to bumper traffic! Construction? Accident? I don't know... Because prundale was there to welcome us.

Liv yelled, "starbucks"

And so it was.

They played, we recharged our phones and brains..... They drank some yummy organic smoothies and hot Carmel cider because it got chilly... It was Great.

Stopped for some coffe, tea and snacks. Love love this town.

Santa Barbara

Quick stop, will do more ivolved visits on the way home when we have more time.

There were earthworms! Washed into the parking lots! We tried to save them... But there were too many. Jared used a stick. City boy. I used ma' hands! ;)

We stopped at a hotel for the night. It was waaaaaay cheaper than we thought.... And way nicer than we thought it might be.

Babys r us! Woo hoo

After we got through Phoenix- emers was Not too thrilled about the car- imagine our delight that we happened upon a babys r us and toys r us combo.

We ran off some energy, I nursed emers on a couch. Then we bought some entertainment since -ahem- Ira put a dime and a penny in the charger outlet and blew a fuse! We have NO radio and NO ability to charge anything!

We only found out the cause when we bought an iPhone charger at toys r us and it still didn't work!

So yes- we drove over 400 miles with nooooo electronics! I love my kids. They were AWESOME until about an hour before dinner- that pretty good!

So color wonder to the rescue!

Many errands and trips in the car... This little boy is much loved... His sisters hold his hands and make silly faces and sing songs....
This is poor pic, but liv and ira were holding his hands and it melted my heart.

Cabin fever

Well kinda- it's cold so we have stayed indoors for a few days.... But the girls are. Being hilarious. And liv is so random sometimes.... I love it!

iPhone blogging

Kinda great for me right now. The girls are doing so much, and I'm snapping pics here and there- but my laptop broke and the spare windows laptop is too slow (plus I'm a mac :p )

Game night!

Ira declared it family game night. We flipped a coin to figure out who got to choose the game. Ira cheated and kept flipping it until it came up tails :)

Rainy rainy rainy days....

I'm so so tired of rain and cold. I wonder how we will do if we move somewhere less temperate than sunny Arizona.... So I think we need to move to Hawaii! :) just puttin it out there!
