Eureka

We had a very relaxed day today, coffee shop, beach, food.... Walked around the harbor, fresh oyster shucking pier side ....
Marina...

Ira is such a good sister! Always looking out for her little sister...

Cheap, fresh from the water....

Live was NOT interested in tasting :)

Beautiful.

Look how far from me they are!

Ira flipped over this crab shell to use as a bmfaerie boat.

The first few times we were at the ocean- liv wad terrified. We let her follow that, we never tried to talk her out of it.

Today, she grabbed my hand and ran to the surf happily. Just like that. I was so proud!

Redwood forest...

This was a stop we made last night just before the sun went down...

We came back down today to do some exploring (and still ran out of time)

This uprooted tree was amazing...

This was one of it's roots...and it was the size of an average tree...

A lady snapped our pic for us! I think it might be a first for this trip...

The girls exploring....

Ira picked some flowers for us to smash into my 12 year old faerie book.... I can't believe that book has travelled along with me and that my children are now adding to it!
