Bunnies and battles...

Our night in billings Montana was stressful- so we will focus on the bunnies! These bunnies live at the hotel- free roaming! There were sooooo many!

Yellowstone

Lunch....

Ever the child ;)

Old faithful geyser...

Right before it erupted, the sky opened up and we missed it as we ran to shelter.... Of course.

But the girls enjoyed dancing in the rain.

Double rainbows!

Missoula, Montana

Apparently the girls REALLY missed Jared while he was parking the car.

We got dinner in the hotel restaurant- Ira danced the night away.

Washington

The kids first drive on ferry.... So cool. This ferry was so nice.

Ira, future fashion designer. She ripped up some car towels and made her kitty a new vest and ear hoops. The vest was a great fit. I was impressed.

I also love how her coloring has evolved over the years. She is usually not into coloring at all- she prefers to draw....

Emers is turning into a mobile, playful, "so not a baby anymore" baby.

Liv is constantly moving. I need a faster camera. Every poc I snap of her on my phone is blurry because she is always always running, laughing and boogeying :)

Earthquake Lake

This was the craziest thing we have seen! Apparently an earthquake flooded the freeway and campgrounds. Horrifying disaster.

My Ira is such an explorer. Her first comment was, "I want to swim down there and see it!" Then she started talking about needing to excavate bones. She is kind of morbid. :)

Shameless cute emers picture!

Port Angeles, Washington

One of the prettiest places we have spent the night. We had a room with a view of the water, we woke up to ships horns and seagulls and fog. It was amazing.

We arrived late at night, needless to say we were really impresses by this view as well.

My iPhone camera does no justice to how beautiful this town is. Nestled between a gorgeous bay and the mountains.

Neah Bay

We drove through forks, Washington on the way to neah bay. Jareds dad was stationed there during the Korea war and Jared heard lots of stories and wanted to see it himself. Unfortunately, the museum there was closed. we did visited the memorial.

Portland!!!

We really enjoyed Portland! We stayed in the heart of downtown, withing walking distance to everything including the max lines- which were so easy to navigate!
We missed walking along the riverfront because I wasn't paying attention to a nice man trying to tell me "get off the train".
we walked over and had coffee at stumptown roasters, dinner at an Irish pub/restaurant with THE most amazing shepards pie I have ever had.

Shopping.....

The enclosed walkway from one mall to the other was so much fun for the girls...

I'm telling you, Ira was able to navigate the train lines!

Our hotel was also within walking distance to Chinatown.
