Keira Art

keira got into a show on netflix about dragon warriors.

it really sparked something in her. she went around drawing images for days.

she practices the yin/yang over and over until she got it perfect free hand. i tried to show her how to use a cup to stencil- nope. she wanted to do it herself!

I'm seriously impressed.

this is a poor picture- but she drew me a picture of some lemon merangue pie- and boxes to check yes or no...

warriors....a

Babies, Crafts and Legos

That's what last week was full of....

the kids all created a nursery in our living room. There was baby doll paraphernalia in every nook and cranny...

this boy does not shy away from baby wearing twins! there is room for everyone!

Unicorn language lesson....i am having a really hard time picking it up... keira is worried about my abilities.... i may be demoted soon. It took me three years to become an actual member. I need to practice more....

Keira's Drawing of daddy.... with stinky feet

keIra made us all awards....

My daughter had me write a warning to anyone that might try to read her journal...

I said, "you don't have to worry about any of us reading it"

K- "i don't care if YOU GUYS read it!!!"

I said "who do you think will try and read it?"

"ninjas"

:D

i love that she wrote a threatening letter- but had me add a disclaimer that the red was INK and definitely NOT blood.

Emers- the very glamourous chef....

Knit hat model....

Legos... these legos have not lost any of their allure. i pulled them out at around 10a.m.

they were still being actively played with at 9p.m.

Beautiful Smiley Olive...

My sweet sweet faerie boy.....

the part when the go pro bomb squad parachuted in? priceless.... my family went bananas!

then- the fireworks and the games began-

cedric clapped the ENTIRE time.

The next day we ran to the laundromat- and because you really can't go very far in the bay area without bumping into some kind of awesome-

Shell Beach by the bay...

a seriously intense:: Chain of Events

TWO WEEKS full of life in one teeny tiny post!

We tagged along with J on a business trip and travelled to San Diego for four days...
it was a beautiful drive down along the coast and an amazing few days in heaven- within 5 minutes of a Allergy Free bakery!

We adopted TWO rescue dogs.... And one got very very sick with parvo.

The home treatment for Parvo was intensive....

So we occupied time by:

Looking up raccoons on the iPad...

Making a permanent address for the healthy dog!

And Keira drew a picture of the two dogs running together...

Keira made a BUNCH of candles!

And solved a mystery using fingerprints...

Gears...

Sun!

Writing...

Digging...

Rain!

Princess crafts...

Very Very small post... :D
