It's been great for all of us, here, with our awesome hosts. They have made us feel very much at home and the kids are having a blast being with other kids 24 hours a day.
Ira learned about the wii! She had never played a video game before. It took her ainute but she caught on fast.
Then we went to oskar blues brewery/restaurant...soooo absolutely amazingly delicious.
The make their own root beer too- liv loooved it.
They had a horse shoe/ bocce ball pit out back, when they saw all of our kids they brought us a bunch of sand toys!!! What a change from anti children restaurants. Everything here so far has proved very family friendly.
These were empty beer cans with mardigras bead necklaces attached. The kids ate peanuts out of them....
Foosball(sp?) and shuffleboard were played...
Then we hit the park to soak up more of this beautiful evening...
Here is C holding liv- she's ten, and is so good with the kids. She even asked to wear liv in the mei tei!
