Wednesday & Thursday

The kids got belated birthday present money from their grandma in Michigan....

They asked to take it to the toy store- so we went to one we had never been to before, but heard great things about...


WOW


It was AWESOME!









They got a ton of dress up stuff and baby dolls/stroller etc...











Emers askin for a hug....








We woke up thursday to a chilly chilly day....I made some tea and read them poems from this book....


They colored with some stencils....


Then it warmed up, so we went to do laundry.... It was 79 degrees in foster city! The only way to know it was fall was to get a Pumpkin Smash smoothie! Only the best Jamba juice flavor ever....


The laundromat was sweltering too:)


The littlest kids helped me fold clothes while Ira watched shows on the 50inch flat screen... :)


Then we got froyo.... It was a two treats a day kinda day....

Roses, books & a trip to the dentist....

Emers had his front top teeth come in without enamel, and they have been chipping away rather quickly... so we finally had to take him in for the surgery to remove them.

We had to prevent him from eating for 8 hours, no water or breastmilk for 3 hours.

He didn't eat since the night before, and woke up too late to eat. So I nursed him and we went on an adventure to distract him...

San Jose Rose Garden!

They found pretty sap....











And literally sopped to smell the roses...

It was ReALLY hot! So we took some shade....





Then went to the nearby library...





The dentist called us in early, we barely had time to turn on the complimentary iPads before it was time to go in...





The procedure went quickly! We took him out for a milkshake and to the toy store afterwards.


He recovered so much quicker than we expected!

Was back up and playing within a couple hours.





Liv was emotionally drained I think! She was worried all day. When it was time for bed she just crawled up with her baby and passed OUT!

Ira's Imagination

She watched "Alvin and the Chipmunks" and she got very mad at "Ian".

So she drew her own ending....

This is "evil ian" with the chipmunks in the cage...





Then after a battle, "evil ian" is now in the cage"....

Monday & Tuesday...

Monday was a blur. There were library books, like this one:
